By downloading or using the app, you automatically agree to these terms, so it's important to read them carefully before use. You are prohibited from copying or modifying the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any manner. Attempting to extract the app's source code or translating it into other languages or creating derivative versions is also not allowed. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright, and database rights, related to the app remain the property of AxeTop DOO.

AxeTop DOO is dedicated to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will always be transparent about any charges associated with the app or its services.

Please note that certain app functions may require an active internet connection, whether through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. AxeTop DOO cannot be held responsible for any diminished app functionality if you lack access to Wi-Fi or have depleted your data allowance.

If you are using the app without Wi-Fi, it's essential to consider that your agreement with your mobile network provider still applies. This means that your provider may charge you for data usage while accessing the app or impose other third-party charges. By using the app, you acknowledge responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory (region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using, please ensure that you have obtained permission from the bill payer before using the app.
Similarly, AxeTop DOO cannot be held responsible for how you use the app. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device's battery depletes, and you cannot access the service as a result, AxeTop DOO cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss caused.

Regarding AxeTop DOO's responsibility for your use of the app, it's important to be aware that while we strive to keep the app updated and accurate, we rely on third-party information to provide you with its functionality. Therefore, AxeTop DOO cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses you may experience from fully relying on this app's functionality.

In the future, we may decide to update the app. Currently available on Android & iOS, the requirements for both systems (and any other systems we may extend the app's availability to) could change, necessitating updates for continued usage. AxeTop DOO does not guarantee continuous updates that align with your specific Android & iOS version. Nonetheless, you agree to accept updates to the application whenever they are offered to you. Additionally, we reserve the right to discontinue providing the app and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice to you. In the event of termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will cease to apply; (b) you must cease using the app and, if necessary, remove it from your device unless we communicate otherwise.

User Data

The Easy Timer entries are designed to be accessible only by the user, and we, as AxeTop DOO do not have any access to this data. We have a strict policy of not selling any user data to third parties. All the data is stored locally on the user's device. If the user decides to delete the app, their entries will be deleted along with it.

In-App Purchases

The app may offer In-App Purchases that grant you unrestricted use of the app's features. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for managing your In-App Purchases and the amount you spend on them within the app. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from your parents or guardians before making any In-App Purchases. By completing an In-App Purchase, you confirm that you have obtained any necessary permissions to make that specific purchase.

For information on how to disable or manage In-App Purchases on your device, you can refer to the terms and conditions or End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by the App Store and Google Play Providers, your device's help settings, or online resources. If you are a parent or guardian of someone under the age of 18, we advise considering any parental controls offered by the App Store Provider to address concerns about excessive In-App Purchases made by your child.

If any In-App Purchase fails to download successfully or does not function correctly after successful download, we will investigate the issue promptly upon becoming aware of it or upon receiving notification from you. We will reasonably assess whether to provide you with a replacement In-App Purchase or issue a patch to fix the problem. There will be no additional charges for the replacement or repair of the In-App Purchase.

In the unlikely event that we cannot replace or repair the relevant In-App Purchase within a reasonable timeframe and without causing significant inconvenience to you, we will authorize the App Store Provider or Google Play Provider, from whose platform you downloaded the app, to refund you up to the cost of the affected In-App Purchase. Alternatively, you can directly request a refund from the App Store Provider or Google Play Provider if you prefer.

Please note that all billing and transaction processes for In-App Purchases are handled by the App Store Provider or the Google Play Provider, and their terms and conditions/EULA govern these processes. If you encounter any payment-related issues with In-App Purchases, you should contact the App Store Provider directly for assistance.

Premium Subscription Cancellation:

(a) You have the option to cancel a Weekly, Monthly or subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
(b) If you have subscribed through the Apple iTunes Store or Google Play Store our application, you can cancel your subscription by disabling the automatic renewal of paid In-App Subscriptions. To do this, go to your iTunes Account settings and select "Manage App Subscriptions." From there, choose the subscription you wish to modify. If you subscribed through the Google Play store, you can cancel automatic renewals by accessing the account settings under "Subscriptions" in the Google Play app, following the process outlined by Google Play at that time.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions:

We may make updates to our Terms and Conditions periodically. Therefore, it is recommended that you review this page regularly for any changes. Whenever we modify the Terms and Conditions, we will post the updated version on this page.
